1. Who we are and acceptance of these Terms

EuropeJobs operates this website and the related services (together, the “Service”). By using the site, running a search or purchasing a paid product you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

EuropeJobs searches job listings from multiple sources in one place, filters them for opportunities realistically open to foreign workers, and checks each listing for known scam patterns. We also provide application-preparation services (CV, documents, interview preparation).

3. Paid products and pricing

The current products and prices are:

• Free preview — search and sample results, free of charge.
• Europe Job Pack — $29 (≈ €27), one-time. 10 verified jobs for your search, “how to apply” guidance and a PDF report delivered by e-mail. If a search returns fewer than 10 jobs, the pack stays active until you receive all 10. No subscription, no auto-renewal.
• Application Kit — €100, one-time. A professional Europass CV, arrangement of a job offer from a verified employer, a document checklist for your target country and interview preparation. Delivered personally.
• Business (B2B) plans — for agencies, under a separate agreement (Standard €399/month with a 6-month minimum; Premium €899/month with a 12-month minimum). Invoiced monthly.

The price shown at the moment of purchase is final for that purchase. Price changes do not affect purchases already made.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Listings come from third parties

Job listings are provided by external sources (job boards and company sites). When you open a listing you leave EuropeJobs and go to the original site, where you apply. We do not control those listings or sites, and listings may change or be removed at any time.

6. What “verified” means

Before a listing reaches you we check it: whether the company appears genuine, whether the position is realistically open to foreign workers, and whether it shows known scam patterns (upfront fees, unrealistic salaries, requests to hand over your passport). This verification is our best effort — no method is 100% — and it is not a guarantee of employment, salary, working conditions or a visa. Always confirm the details with the employer before applying.

7. No guarantee of employment or visa

We never guarantee a job, a salary, a visa or relocation — nobody honest can. Hiring decisions belong to the employer; visa decisions belong to the authorities of the destination country. Avoid anyone who “guarantees” a job or a visa in exchange for money.

8. Payments and payment security

Online payments are processed by PayPal (including card payments) over an encrypted connection. Your card details never reach and are never stored on our servers. For payments arranged via WhatsApp you receive an unlock code — keep it private, as it grants access to your purchase.

9. Delivery of digital products

The Europe Job Pack is delivered immediately upon unlocking: results are shown on screen and, if you provided an e-mail address, also sent to you by e-mail with the PDF report. The Application Kit and B2B services are delivered personally, as agreed.

10. Refunds

The Job Pack is a digital product delivered in full immediately, so it is non-refundable once delivered. However: if a technical fault means you paid but did not receive your pack, or your pack contains no jobs related to your search, contact us within 3 days — we will fix the problem, run a replacement search or refund you. Remember: if a search returns fewer than 10 jobs, your pack stays active and you can keep searching until you receive all 10, at no extra charge. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that apply to you by mandatory law.

11. Report scams

If any listing asks you for money, your passport or an upfront fee — do not apply, and report it to info@myeuropejobs.com. We remove listings that fail our checks.

12. Acceptable use

Use the Service for your personal job search (or under a B2B agreement). The following are not allowed: automated scraping, overloading the Service, reselling or republishing paid content (PDFs, job lists), and sharing unlock codes. Each PDF is watermarked to the purchase.

13. Intellectual property

The site design, texts, logo and report format belong to EuropeJobs. The content of job listings belongs to the respective sources. A purchased PDF is for your personal use only.

14. B2B terms

Details of business plans (scope, minimum duration, invoicing, termination) are set out in a separate agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.

15. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EuropeJobs is not liable for losses arising from reliance on third-party listings, the conduct of employers, visa refusals, or any indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you remain unaffected.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published on the site applies; the date below is updated on material changes.
