In short: we use your search terms to find jobs for you, and — only if you give it — your e-mail to send you new matching jobs. We never see your card details — payments are processed by PayPal. We do not sell your data, and we never pass it to any agency or employer without your explicit consent.

1. Who we are

EuropeJobs operates this job-search service and is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: info@myeuropejobs.com.

2. What we collect

Search criteria: job keywords, country, experience, optional minimum salary.
Contact details (only if you provide them): e-mail address, WhatsApp number, passport status (yes/no) and your CV.
Purchase records: order number, product, amount, payment method and status. Never your card number — that is seen only by PayPal.
Usage statistics: anonymous counters (number of searches/visits) and cookies (see below).

No account or password is required to use the Service.

3. Why we use it

To query job sources and show you results (providing the service).
To deliver your purchased pack and PDF report by e-mail (contract).
To use your CV and details for the Application Kit, if you buy it (contract).
To prevent fraud, keep the Service secure and improve it (legitimate interest).

4. Stopping e-mails

You can stop job e-mails at any time — write to us or follow the unsubscribe instructions in the e-mail.

5. Payments

Online payments are processed by PayPal under its own privacy policy. Your card details never reach and are never stored on our servers.

6. Who we share data with

Job sources (e.g. Jooble, Adzuna, Arbeitnow): they receive only your search criteria — never your name, e-mail or CV.
Service providers: hosting, e-mail delivery and payment processing (PayPal) — only what is needed to run the Service.
AI translation: the text of job listings (titles/descriptions) is sent to an AI service (Anthropic) to translate it into your language — your personal data is not.
Verified employers / agencies: only if you tick that box on the form. If you don’t, nobody receives your details.

We never sell your data.

7. Cookies and Meta Pixel

We use functional cookies (language, light/dark theme, unlocking your purchase). When we run ads we also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure which ads bring visitors. You can control ad tracking in your Facebook settings.

8. How long we keep data

Only as long as needed: subscriber data while your alerts are active; CVs for at most 12 months; purchase records as required for accounting and legal purposes. You can request deletion at any time.

9. International transfers

Our servers are located in Europe. Some providers (e.g. payment processing, AI translation) may process data outside Europe; where they do, appropriate safeguards apply.

10. Security

The site uses HTTPS (encrypted connections) and access to data is restricted. Still, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

11. Your rights

You may ask us to: access your data, correct it, delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Write to info@myeuropejobs.com — we respond as quickly as we can.

12. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The version published on the site applies.
